Our Michigan stay cancellation policy is short because the terms that matter are the lodging's. Every quote prints them in full before you say yes, and they are the ones that apply.
Whose terms apply
Each lodging sets its own deadline for canceling without a charge, its own rule for deposits and its own rule for leaving early. The deadlines differ from one lodging to the next and from season to season, so the quote copies them word for word.
Telling us the plan has moved
Write to the office or call during phone hours, and say which stay and which dates. We pass it to the lodging the same day the phone is staffed and send you the lodging's written confirmation. You may also contact the lodging directly; please tell us if you do.
Refunds
Any deposit or card charge is the lodging's, so any refund comes from the lodging, under its terms, to the card you gave it. The office holds no money of yours and has nothing to refund.
Before you reply yes
If the terms in a quote do not suit you, ask us for a different lodging or other dates before you accept. Nothing is reserved while you decide.
